Pigeon Forge 2022 Event November 3rd thru 6th
Dates are set for our Weekend Pigeon Forge Scrapbook Retreat and our theme is It's Movie Time! Come dressed as your favorite movie character for our costume contest Saturday Night and decorate your table in theme with your favorite Movie for our table contest.
You are welcome to come any time Thursday after 6pm to set up and start cropping but the official event does not start till Friday at 9AM and goes through Sunday at Noon.
Cost for the event is $50 prepaid early bird to March 25th and includes a goodie bag, fun games and prizes, your own 5ft round table and candy. Cost will be $75 after March 25th.
I am keeping the cost low so we can have more $$ to shop so this will be a low frills event but will still be packed with lots of fun!
Your hotel cost will be paid direct to the hotel and they are offering us a great rate! Just call the main line at 865.453.4106 to book your room. Make sure to give them our group name of ByYou Scrapbooking to get our rate.
Full payment to get the $50 cost is due now to hold your spot and can be sent by Venmo or a check can be mailed to me at Debbie Galeano 755 Halifax CV Southaven MS 38671. Deposit if not paying in full is $25 non refundable.
